SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

Shipping is free and all items are sent via United State Postal Service (USPS).

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from date of purchase.   Purchases made on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday.

Purchases will be shipped via USPS Ground. 

 

Once the package has been given to USPS, we are unable to guarantee the actual delivery date.

Please allow 3-5 business days for transit, plus 1-2 business days for processing.

A tracking number will be emailed to you, with instructions on how to track your package, once the package has been shipped.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.  Otherwise just shoot us an email at thelindystick@gmail.com to confirm your order and shipping.

We are an environmentally friendly company that cares about the earth and its valuable resources.  All packages are safely shipped using corrugated cardboard sheeting.

Returns

We are positive that you will be thrilled with The Lindy Stick purchase.  We back our products with our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to give you a full refund or to work with you to make it right.

 

Returns are easy...just put The Lindy Stick back in the original packaging, along with the original invoice, and return to us within 30 days of purchase.  Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a full refund.  The item(s) must be unused and in its original condition. 

 

There are NO refunds for items that have been personalized. 

Return shipping charges are NOT refundable.

When ordering that one-of-a-kind personalized item, please take the time to double-check the spelling carefully.  There are no refunds for errors you make when requesting a personalized item.
